Since 1970 our office has focussed on serving manufacturing companies in North America that produce components and subsystems for the Automotive (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and Consumer Product industries. Gradually, our client companies began asking us to fill virtually all their professional staffing needs. At present, the positions we fill include General Manager, Plant Manager, CFO, Controller, HR Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Materials Manager, QA Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Product Engineering Manager. We also place stand-alone and supervisory professionals in each of the above functional disciplines. In response to several of our client's special needs, we have placed Product Managers, Marketing Managers and Sales professionals.

Because of our location in western Ohio near Columbus, Toledo, Cincinnati and eastern Indiana, our account executives also focus on serving the staffing needs of a wide variety of manufacturing companies in this highly industrialized geographic region. For these clients we often make it a point to visit their facility to discuss their needs. Due to proximity, we often interview our candidates face-to-face. We have served some clients in this geography for a quarter of a century.

For local clients in the greater Dayton, Ohio area, we also provide temporary staffing services including skilled and semi-skilled labor as well as office support professionals.
